v0.4.0: Pacing and the bench pass

Waves stop pausing for breath, runs open with a proper overture, and the DPS bench earns its keep as a balance tool.

• Seamless wave pacing with a denser field. Waves flow into each other instead of pausing.
• Runs open with a tumbler pack instead of drones, and the tumbler overture spans waves 1 to 3, dropping them over the cannon
• Run HUD readouts, a tier label on draft cards, and the Silver Linings perk
• Perk shop link on the run-over screen
• Default simulation speed setting in options

Balance

• Tesla Coil pass: opens with a single bounce on a slower trigger, and trades reach for cascade with range 380 to 320 and bounce radius 100 to 120
• Bench-driven weapon pass across the roster: pierce-capped Railgun and tuned outliers
